Yes, you are eligible for M.A in English from DU after completing your B.Sc. For that, appear for the CUET-PG exam and then participate in the counselling process. Depending upon the toughness of the paper, no of students appeared, no of seats were available, and the caste reservation and your marks you may or may not get the seat.

If you have completed your BA in English and you want to pursue MA in Hindi, following is the list for institutes under IGNOU offering MA in Hindi:-
