It depends on the specialisation you wish to opt for and it should come under the criteria of National Education Policy. If you have studied few core psychology papers in your graduation then yes you're eligible to pursue a masters in it.

Yes, you can pursue an M.A. In Psychology even if you have graduated from a different stream, such as B.Com.
