Instead of choosing M.A. English its better to choose M.A. Since u have some knowledge in business administration you can opt for Masters in business administration. It will lead you in a better way for your career. There are various branches in MBA like u can opt for marketing, finance, hr, logistics and so on. The outcome will be far better if you choose MBA rather that M.A. English and it will give you more income also.

Being a teacher or professor, you can teach economics and sociology subjects. (You can teach in some schools
Being a Content Writer (If you have writing skills, then there is quite a wide range of opportunities available like blogger Instagram page etc. ).
You can also go for the Newspaper and journals office as content writer.
Apart from this, you have not mentioned your college so I can't say anything about college placement I've give you off campus general information.

Yes, you can study M.A. Psychology after BBA. As the demand for psychological counselling is increasing day by day, so M.A. Psychology's scope and job opportunities would be a good option.

Till 370 rank they call for couseling
And usually if you have marks around 130 you can get a paid seat at DAV college
But there is alot of struggle for a general category student to get a seat in main campus because then you will need a rank upto 70 more than that its really a matter of luck
