Each and every college and university criteria and eligibility is different, fee structure also. Minimum requirement is 50% and 12th from any stream to get admission in Bachelor while same for PG also.

Santosh kumar mahavidyalya does not provie a course in MA political science. The college offers several MA course (in history,maths,etc) but not the political science.
There are few college which provides i am giving you the names so if you wish to apply on that colleges you can apply.

Yes, obviously you can do M.A. After graduation you can apply for some Management Trainee programme like Ocld which is irrespective of your graduation. Whether you are a hotel school student or a simple graduate. Doesn't matter. Try to research which hotels are recruiting candidates who doesn't have Hotel management degree/Diploma. You can also go for One year Post graduate Diploma in Hotel accommodation Management provided by IHMs. You can also go for MBA in hospitality provided by IGNOU and many more universities and institutions.
