Your rank in CET is very good. You will easily get a seat in M.A. Mass communication course in good colleges in first round itself. You can choose your favourite colleges as per your interests and convenience.

When it comes to scope, let me be very frank. There are not many options like majority of people claim. To teach at school level, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in education and that's mandatory. If you want to go for college teaching, you need to clear your CBSE NET which in definitely the toughest as compared to other subjects. You need to either opt for Ph.D. which is will at least take 4-5 years. Now apart from teaching? BMM/BJMC is a course which has many fields to go ahead in your career, so firstly it depends on your interest or in which profile you go for and of course, you will not get good pay in the beginning but later on you can get a good salary. Minimum salary can be 15k to 20k per month or may be more/less than that. Ultimately it depends on your interest. And
Yes, you can do M.A. in film & TV production after B.M.
