When it comes to scope, let me be very frank. There are not many options like majority of people claim. To teach at school level, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in education and that's mandatory. If you want to go for college teaching, you need to clear your CBSE NET which in definitely the toughest as compared to other subjects. You need to either opt for Ph.D. which is will at least take 4-5 years. Now apart from teaching? If you are more inclined towards creative fields like media, content writing or news reading then a degree in mass media is again a must. Think wisely. BMM/BJMC is a course which has many fields to go ahead in your career, so firstly it depends on your interest or in which profile you go for and of course, you will not get good pay in the beginning but later on you can get a good salary.
