Yes, if the student is currently pursuing last semester of the course, can apply for the programme. The student need to send a letter from College/ University specifying that aspirant is the registered in the last year/ last semester. However, it is instructed that students can appear for exams and can finish all the formalities to get the final degree before the date of registration at CEPT University.

To get admission for MDes at CEPT University, the candidate have to meet the last educational qualification. As per official website, the student have to complete BArch with 55% -50% aggregate. For general and reserved catory, the candidate should have complete BArch with 55% aggregate and for reserved category, it should be 50% aggregate, respectively.

In order to select the most eligible candidates for the Faculty of Design Post Graduate programmes at CEPT University, the evaluation is conducted in multiple stages by the Admission Committee set up by the Faculty of Design. The cut-off marks of MITID DAT depends upon multiple factor .
The factors -It will be based on the total no of canditate which have appeared in the exam, number of candidates who applied for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. Based on this MITID DAT Cut Off candidates will be selected to appear for the next rounds which are Studio Tests and Personal interviews.
