Students who wish to pursue the M.Ed course at Ganga Institute of Education have to meet the set eligibility criteria. The M.Ed in this institute is for two years and students who have completed their graduation or equivalent are eligible. The table below gives the selection criteria in detail:

The primary eligibility criteria required by the school to get admission into the MEd course is candidates must complete BEd/ BA BEd/ BSc BEd/ BElEd/ DElEd with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Moreover, the selection process is based on entrance exams. Therefore, the school accepts the relevant scores from MAH-MEd-CET/ CUET/ PERA-MEd-CET/ any other state level MEd CET. Followed by a PI.

Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Management College offers M.Ed course in a full-time mode at the PG level. Candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for the programme. Those who hold a UG degree in B.Ed with minimum 50% aggregate are eligible for admission to M.Ed course at the college.

The general eligibility criteria for admission to the best MEd colleges in India are given below:
- Candidates should clear BEd (Bachelor of Education) from a recognised college/ university.
- Candidates should clear BEd with an aggregate of 50% - 60% depending on the college/university the candidate is applying to.
- Candidates possessing BElEd (Bachelor of Elementary Education) or BA-BEd/ BSC-BEd degree are sometimes also eligible to apply.

No, unfortunately, an M.Ed. after B.Sc. and B.Ed. does not qualify you for PGT positions in most cases. For PGT, you typically need a postgraduate degree in the specific subject you want to teach, in addition to a B.Ed.
However, you might be eligible for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) positions with your B.Sc. and B.Ed. This role involves teaching secondary level subjects related to your B.Sc. degree.
