Hi,
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) from a recognised college/ university is eligible for M.Ed course. Candidates possessing B. El. Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education are sometimes also eligible to apply for the course depending on the policy of the institution in which they are applying.

No, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak does not offer M.Ed in distance or correspondence as it is a full time course and needs proper attention in regular studies.
