Admission procedure & requirement: You have to give GATE or GRE (in some cases). For the cut-offs, you can check the colleges' websites. And if selected on the basis of GATE score, then they'll conduct an interview or a written test. The interviews are quite tough. Usually, the intake is very low. One of my friends got selected at IISc, Bangalore in Mechanical Engineering department. He said only 3 students were selected for M.Sc program. The situation is a bit better at IIT Chennai. IITs and NITs are the best institutes for doing M.Tech or MS in India. Admission in M.Tech st IITs and NITs is based on GATE score.

Hello Rithick,
It depends on you. If you have good marks in graduation, you can go abroad for higher education, else you can choose India as there are lots of institutes, which provide excellent education.

First, you decide where you are going to study and then ask questions. I am only answering about study abroad.
First, you decide which country you wanted opt for higher studies based on the factors like cost, duration, part-time job earnings and the post study work visa or stay back options. You need minimum 60% marks and to prove your English language efficiency you need to take IELTS or PTE exams. Once you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you can apply online or get the assistance of an education counselor.

You haven't done MBBS or BDS. So you aren't eligible for appearing MD MS examination. As you have done B.Sc, you can go for M.Sc.
