For becoming an ethical hacker, you need to have good computer skill rather than programming skill. You have deep knowledge about local area networks and internet connectivity procedure.
You should have the skill to access protected sites and servers.
You should have the skill to crack passwords and authentications which a server provides to its clients.
However, You can also learn or get training in ethical hacking from the reputed institutions across the country.
There are many training institutes like NIIT, JetKing, Brainware. etc.
The fee structure will be varies from 20000 to 25000 rupees for 6 months duration course.

Frankly speaking, opportunities for working in core competencies is very very limited in India. Many graduates of aeronautical engineering end up doing MBA or PG or software related work or general maintenance or production work.

Dear Surbhi,
I am afraid of saying so, but you are not eligible to do M.Tech in any stream after passing your UG from BSc. In india, to do M.Tech, you must have a valid B.Tech degree. However, you can go for M.Sc in IT.
