It's better to contact to the admission cell of that particular college. Different colleges have different admission criteria, so check the eligibility criteria before applying for the course.

That's a big number of backlogs.You may be considered by American universities only if you have a good GRE score. So, try for Australian universities.

Hi,
If your aggregate is 55% then I am sorry, there is no use in try for Germany but still chances are very low, you can try for the private institutions but you should sacrifice in choosing the course you want.
Instead try for countries such as Canada, Australia, US, etc. or any other European countries.

I guess you should not face any problems as you have already cleared your backlogs. Moreover, you have a high GRE score and 3 years of work experience.
