Hi Shoaib,
You should not have any issue, but you must also take the GRE to be eligible for an MS from the USA. Universities in the US will check your overall profile, if you secured a distinction it's very good. Extracurricular activities, LOR, SOP, etc., will also be checked.

The eligibility differs from country to country, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency requirements, you must have sufficient academic grades, some universities are more competitive than others. You can check this link below to have an idea:

DAAD recommended process for seeking admission in German Universities for MS is as follows:
Step 1: October-November
(a)Collect general information from the DAAD, internet and brochures.
(b)Attend information sessions at the DAAD closer to you! We have our offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune .
Or attend internet-based seminars (webinars) organized by the DAAD.
Step 2: January - March
(a)Contact the selected university. This will be your most important source of information as far as exact details about eligibility, course duration, fee, application procedure etc. are concerned.
