MA and MS are two different courses, and it solely depends on your area of interest. MS has different job opportunities and MA has different. Being a computer science engineer, I would suggest you to go for MS, because scope in CS has increased drastically these days.

Hello,
German universities are highly competitive, high academic grades are required. Above 70% in your Bachelors is a minimum recommended. You must also meet English language requirements. If the programme is offered in German language you must also complete a German language certification programme. See this;

Hello,
Currently, Ireland has a shortage of electronic engineers. However getting a job will depend on your qualification and skill set. Top universities include UCD, DCU, DIT, CIT, NUI Galway, Maynooth University, and Trinity College. Co-ordinate with the universities and enquire about the internship opportunities, career assistance, industry linkages etc.

There is no difference between MS and M.Eng. There is only nomenclature difference between both the degrees. Syllabus of both the degrees is similar. American Universities award MS which is equivalent to M.Tech in India. Few international universities award M.Eng. Acceptance of all the post graduate degrees in engineering such as M.Eng, MS, M.Tech and M.Sc in engineering, etc., is same in the job market and for higher studies in India and foreign universities.
