Hi Akshara,
You have to understand the difference between an M.Sc or BE/B.Tech and decide accordingly. I also fail to understand why you want to pursue a BE or B.Tech now that you already hold a B.Sc? Secondly, I don't see any reason why you won't be admitted to an MS programme in biotechnology if you meet admission requirements. Check university websites for the admission criterion, take your IELTS or TOEFL. GRE would be necessary to study in US.

Hi Nikhil,
University of Toronto's Institute for Aerospace Studies is one of the best. Other notable options are Carleton University, Royal Militaty College of Canada, Ryerson University, McGill University and Concordia University. Admissions are highly competitive, based on your academic performance, publications if any etc. MS programs are research oriented and some programs might require acceptance of a research supervisor.

Hello. While there are many universities for Mechanical but with GRE 297 you may have restricted ones which may grant you admission. I suggest you to retake GRE if you may. In addition to your GRE if you may share about your Undergraduate degree and scores, I will have better understanding of your profile and can suggest you university options.

Hi Kunal,
The tuition fee is very low in German universities. It may cost around 500 to 1000 euro per semester. It is free in national universities. To be admitted, you must have a very strong academic profile. Additionally, you must have a strong profile with the demonstration of research work, publications, etc. Take your IELTS. German language knowledge is beneficial.

Hi Venkatesh,
The free universities are the national universities which are highly competitive. If you want to study in those, you must have around 80% in UG and more and an overall competent profile.
