Why does one do Ph.D? It's fundamental to satisfy an urge to do some research in one's chosen field. You are also enriching knowledge besides perhaps opening doors for newer technology.

Since German universities are highly competitive, you must bring good grades in your B.Tech, above 75% is the least. Work on building your academic profile, research work, publications, etc. Take your IELTS and German language certification. For more information you may check the DAAD website.

That totally depends on your interest. If your interest is in business world then do MBA. You will surely find it easy or If you like science and technology then do MS. There is nothing easy and nothing difficult, that totally depends on the individual's passion.
