Hi Sivaprasad, if you want to do an on-campus full time course you must take GRE or GMAT, certain exceptions may be available so you must check the university websites. MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Texas-Austin McCombs School of Business, USC Marshall School of Business,University of Rochester Simon Business School, Fordham etc are some good universities for business analytics.

A Masters degree is preferred over Diploma. Still you need to pursue a minimum of 8 months course in Canada to be eligible for Post Graduation Work Permit. Also, the duration of the post graduation work permit will depend on the length of your course in Canada. It's Ivy League. With a poor engineering score, you better be extremely good at something. It may be sports, research, music, arts, social service etc. Ivy Leagues give great importance to academics. So getting accepted in to these colleges with a low academic score is a rare thing.

You can do a MS. You must see that your B.Tech grades are more than 75% to be considered. Take GRE and IELTS. Since Germany is extremely competitive I am suggesting you GRE or GATE, Canadian universities are also very selective, check the university websites for GRE requirement. Not all of them requires a GRE score. Practically speaking entry requirements are different so please visit the university websites for details.

It depends on the profile, one would definitely target decent ranked university to maximise the chance of ROI. More importantly, once should look for class size, curriculum, outcome of the problem, faculty, research lab, innovation etc. rather the university ranking, Standard of your profile in terms of project, research publish, academic excellence are key to look for better ranked university.

You should first prepare for GRE which is an aptitude exam and then TOEFL, an English proficiency test to qualify for MS programs. Getting a score of 320+ in GRE out of 340 will be a safe score for good universities.
All the best.
