Hello Rajat,
The first and foremost eligibility criteria in most of the US Universities is the 16 years education with a graduate degree. Since you are a BCA graduate, which is a 3 years program, You would have completed only 15 years education in India.
However, few Universities do accept 15 years education. I suggest you to shortlist the universities based on your profile and check for the minimum eligibility criteria and then apply for the universities.
All the best.

Hello Jeevan,
If you have plans of coming back to India after completion of your course then I would suggest you to prefer a 2 year Masters program. This is based on the fact that most of the Indian companies prefer candidates who have completed a 2 years Masters degree though you have finished it in 1 year from a reputed university.
All the best!

Hello Ravivarman,
GRE is required only for US universities and few Canadian Universities. GRE is not at all mandatory for German Universities.
To get into German Universities you need to take IELTS and try to score 6.5 overall with no band less than 6. You may also apply for German Universities with your GATE score.
The top German Universities are :

Hello Zeeshan,
UK is one of the best country to pursue higher education. This doesn't mean that all universities in UK are good. There are lot of things that are to be considered before proceeding ahead. Before that you have to do a lot of research about the universities for which you wish to apply. As per the present scenario, UK post graduation work permit and immigration rules are not so good for an outsider. I would suggest you to have a look at the immigration policies as well because if you are going through Education Loan then you need to work there for some period of time in order to repay the loan.
Germany is considered to be o

Opt for the USA.
There are two types of schools in the US: private and state schools. As the name suggests, private schools are very expensive and state schools are cheaper in terms of tuition. There is a significant difference in fee between private and state schools. State School : University of Houston, Houston, TX.
Private School : Carnegie Mellon University for MS
Private School : Worcester Polytechnic Institute(WPI), MA
Private School : Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI Graduate tuition

You should opt for the UK. There are a lot of disadvantages when we compare the UK with Ireland as Ireland is a small country and it is very hard to get a part-time job even in Dublin. The reputed universities are mainly located in the UK. Another fact we can consider is that European headquarters of Google, Facebook, Apple, Intel, Dell, AOL, Paypal, Microsoft, and eBay are in Ireland.

In most of the Ph.D in the US, you automatically go through your MS by completing required courses and earning the MS credits. Then you start your research and defend the thesis thereafter. So it takes longer time as compared to European Ph.D where almost every student has already completed the MS.
