Hi,
In terms of salary, MBA will help you more than MS, but again if you go with your interest and dedication, it will definitely lead you up with more added income. In terms of your fees invested, MS is much cheaper than MBA and also b-schools have their own fee structure.
Good luck.

Entrance exams except IELTS or TOEFL is not required, unless specified by the university or if you have an average profile. For better chances, you can think about taking GRE or GATE.

You need to prepare for Graduate Record Exam (GRE), if you are planning to do MS or M.Tech in USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Ireland. You should enquire well about the present scenario prevailing in the country. I mean about the job opportunities because grass will be greener on one side and darker on the other so, make a wise decision and make a final decision and work hard and focus on your goal.
Best of luck.

Hi Rajas,
Well, you will be hearing contradictory remarks from a lot of people. It is best you get inside information from someone who is there. Email a few universities, get in touch with students and alumni, everything is available online nowadays.
For PR and jobs, let me clear one thing here - all international graduates are eligible for post study work permit. Look for a two years MS program for better possibilities of work and PR options. You must work for a few years and then apply for a PR depending on certain conditions like skill shortages, qualifications, market value etc.
