Do introspection. Find out what aspects of Mechanical Engineering interest you. is it Thermal and fluidics? Is it Machine design? Manufacturing? Do not base selection on trivial aspects such as package, country, region, convenience etc. Choose what you are good at.

For admission in Master's degree in American universities you need to have GRE score of 300 plus, IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
