Backlogs is the bane of many Indian students. Normally speaking students with backlogs have less chance of getting admission in an institute abroad. This is so since there are plenty if students with excellent academic records knocking at the doors for admission. But it is no bar. Many students with backlogs have indeed obtained admission. I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad or specifically to Germany. There are many nuances in the process & only specialised agencies are aware of it.
Best wishes.

For getting admission in foreign universities, you need to clear all the backlogs as most universities are very particular about these factors. Since you have not provided any location, please click the link below for MS college abroad. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/search-abroad/?q=MS&ds[]=1509&qer=yes&tid=2190487&ref=homePage.
