I am assuming that you have done your graduation in Biotechnology, it makes a lot of sense for you to do MBA in Healthcare, Hospital Administration or Pharma. Unless, you want to go for research, teaching, aspire to do your doctorate, etc.

Firstly, when you say scope, please elaborate what it means to you. Career, growth opportunity, job prospects, or earnings? Secondly, what kind of work you wish to do. Meaning, sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, QC/QA, and business development? Having said that, today both the branches offer good scope in various sectors like pharma, healthcare, food technology, and nutrition. So, please gather more information. Attend seminars to decide where you would like to go.
Good luck.

M.Tech is a professional course, as in it is more application based, which includes understanding the techniques and technologies where as M.Sc is a basic course where you learn the fundamentals of an area.

VITEEE is an engineering entrance exam which is for only engineering courses. For integrated M.Sc in Biotechnology course, there is no entrance exam and the admission is based on board exam marks.
