No you cannot become dietician after completing M.Sc food Science and technology. In order to become registered dietitian (RDN), you need :

Bachelor's degree in food nutrition & dietetics, or B.Sc home Science with food and nutrition as specialization.

Or M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition/Clinical nutrition/ Dietetics.

Or PGD in food nutrition & dietetics

These are two very different courses and each has its own value and job prospects.You can study Environment Studies, however the fields of Nutrition is exponentially growing, so it would be better if you take up nutrition and food subjects.Although environment has more prospects for future and less demand at present but Food Science would always be demanding.

BIT Mesra Cut offs are differant when it comes to other categories, female candidates or domicile of the home state. BIT Mesra admission to integrated MSc in Food Technology at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Main. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
