There are placements for m sc physics in IIT Delhi and the package is also very good you will get minimum package of Inr 8.00 lacs pa.

Yes, surely, you can go ahead with your further studies now even. Because during your Gap period you were atleast doing a job which would count as an experience. So, without a second thought, just go ahead.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc Physics at IIT. For this, either you can go for GATE exam held every year in month of February or IIT JAM exam to become eligible for Master's degree from IIT. Then, you can easily go for IIT institutes. Good luck.
