Hi,
No university offers a 100% scholarship, there are many other charges of accommodation etc. Scholarships are generally given for tuition fees. You can apply to various NGOs/ other programs for scholarship. A lot depends on your CV and caliber.

Hi,
You are eligible for many exams, it depends upon you what stream you pick. If you want to do job you can sit in various government job exams, you can do Ph.D. or MBA etc.
