Hi Shubham, your query is generic meaning that the admission requirements are different from university to university and there are many in Europe, in general you must have a good Bachelor's degree. IELTS is also required. Some universities may conduct their own assessment test related to the programme. Just check a few university websites and you will understand the requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Master's degree in Science or equivalent with a valid GATE score.
2. B.Tech from an IIT with CPI/CGPA of 8.0 or more. These are the two steps that you should follow to get admission.

No, you can't apply for masters in statistics. It needs B.Sc in statistics or mathematics.

Since you have done B.Sc in Maths, so your field must be related to mathematics, which can differ after opting masters in IT. So, that can be a problem for you in future to cope up with the subjects. Along with this, if you are having graduation in Math, so it will be difficult for getting job somehow.
