No, you are not eligible to pursue the above course. Candidates must have passed B.Sc. (Computer Science) with miniumum 50% as an aggregate.

You can do you MSc-Math with application of computer science (MACS) from IGNOU. This is 2 to 4 years of program without any age restriction. The fee is about Rs. 22000. The minimum eligibility criteria of program is graduates from a recognized University/Institution with a major, or honors in mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. Graduates with BA /B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, securing at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and 55 percent in Mathematics will be considered. Candidates meet the eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Forestry course offered at Forest Research Institute if they possess Bachelors degree in Science with at least one of the subject from Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, and Zoology or a Bachelors degree in Agriculture or Forestry. https://www.shiksha.com/science/exams/fri-entrance-exam.

It is based on your own skills and interests. If you want to pursue MS, that will take you in technical field. And, if you want to do MBA, that will take you on HR field.
