Admission is through counseling based on the marks obtained in Osmania University Common Entrance Test(OUCET).

Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in their Masters degree exams (in streams such as Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science, Computer Science & Applications, etc.). From a UGC recognised college/ university fulfill UGC NET 2018 eligibility criteria. It may be noted minimum percentage required to meet UGC NET eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD categories is 50%. For Masters in USA, TOEFL /IELTS is mandatory along with GRE for a majority of the universities for international applicants (those who have or will request a visa) and applicants (including US citizens and US Permanent Residents) whose first language is not English and/or who have not completed a Bachelor degree in the United States.

You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
