As per my knowledge distant mode of education is possible in colleges like IGNOU, Global Open University. There might be some but the two colleges which I have mentioned is recognised by Central.

UK education is ranked no.1. Also, MS from the UK would be of 1-year only. USA education is also really good. Course over there can be of 1 or 2 years. But if you wish to gain experience from that country, UK does not give you stay back option, whereas, the USA gives you a stay back. If your programme comes under the STEM category, you can stay back.
