First, based on your eligibility criteria you have to get admission. After that you can apply for few scholarships they offer. You can apply and try for it. You may get 25% and not more than that based on your academic marks. You also need good IELTS score for consideration of scholarships.

Post Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences uner Distance Education, University of Madras is a PG Diploma which is Full Time of duration of 1 year . Admission is done on Merit Screening which means that the admissions is based on the marks obtained in graduation. Basic eligibility is the candidate must be a graduate from a recognized college /university. So if you are a graduate , you can get admission directly into this college so you can register and apply.

ICFAI University, Tripura has been recognized amongst the Top 100 Engineering Colleges of the Country by India Today Ranking 2018. MS Course is not offered by this university. However, if you are referring about M.Sc. course, then they offer M.Sc in Mathematics/Chemistry/Physics. ICFAI University is renowned for placements, especially for MBA and M.Sc. MSRIT, Bangalore and MSRUAS, Bangalore are two different institutions run by same management, however, MSRUAS is not that good. It was established in 2013.

I wouldn't suggest such a change in career. You can pursue a Masters in engineering course that focuses more mathematics. However, if you think that you will not be satisfied with that, you can opt for M.Sc. M.Tech in Mathematics and Computing can be good course for you.

Fee structure of all three colleges is same and is around INR 1 lakh 70 thousands .I would like to suggest to choose colleges in this order:
1. RVCE, BANGALORE
2. Ms Ramaiah
3. BMSCE

M.Sc. does require B.Sc. I am sorry but most colleges won't give you admission.
