You can take job in a company requiring strong background in mathematics. If it is applied Maths, it will be very useful. Also, you need to learn a bit of coding. Applied maths + coding, a job will be pretty much guaranteed in any company and/or startup looking for someone to do some research oriented project. With experience, you can become pretty good in coding. Also try to publish at top venues in your field.

From my opinion, you have to go for M.Sc, because if you learn more you will get more. Placements are good after M.Sc. You can also do DMLT course.
