To apply for M.Sc. In Plant Science you should have graduation degree in agriculture or biological sciences with minimum 50% from any recognised university. Yes, as per the result, you are eligible for MHCET admissions. It doesn't matters whether you are a student out of Maharashtra. Your marks are very good, and on basis of that, you will get the admissions in top 10 colleges of Maharashtra in the field, where you want to go.

Yes, M.Sc Nutrition courses are available in American University in Visakhapatnam, but for that you need to qualify your exam that too with a good merit of your the earliest studies.
