As your marks is very Low in your B.Sc. You may find it difficult to get some college still some college takes admission with this grade also. You can see Lovely Professional University, they conduct their own examination. If you score good in that, you can take admission.

I would suggest NIT-Agartala over ICFAI for M.Sc in Maths. Not only this is a government college, but also the course fee is way less than ICFAI.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue M.A. A. In psychology from the criteria mentioned below:
Eligibility Of the Master of Arts [MA] (Psychology):
The minimum eligibility for this course is a Bachelors degree with 50% aggregate score. However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course. Hi Mann!
Unfortunately, you cannot apply for the M.Sc. Course. Candidates with B.Sc. Degree are only eligible for M.Sc. In IT.
