If you're have sufficient money to pursue MS in foriegn countries like US, UK, Australia and France, go ahead with confidence. You can get entirely a different output in life career. Else, go for MBA in operations/IT in top 100 management colleges in India. All the best for your future.

Hi Tarun. The answer to your question is linked to your choice of career. If you wish to work in administration and management, then you should option for MBA. If you wish to pursue your career as a technical expert you can option for MS. MBA gives you knowledge and skills required to work in corporate sector.

Hi Mukund, Germany is one of the most preferred destination. However changing your stream will be challenging until you display some interest and relevant knowledge and experience. Though MS programs are designed in such a way that most of them do not need prior background but Germany being so competitive it won't be a cakewalk.
