IIT is much better for M.Sc in mathematics. You need to qualify IIT JAM exam to pursue M.Sc from IIT.

Hi, 310 is a decent GRE score. Apart from that you must also check your academic averages, your overall profile will be evaluated, your project work, extracurricular activities, SOP, LORs, etc. Different universities have different requirements so shortlist accordingly.
