Well, the validity of your degree certificates will depend on the institute from where you have completed your certifications from, and whether the institutes are UGC or AICTE approved. You will be able to get this information from your institute or from the official site of your college.

Most universities offer MS courses which are completed within 2 years. However, I have shared a link with you, and you can check on your own if there are any MS courses which are of 3 years duration. You may be able to get an extension for your MS course up to 3 years in select universities.

You should pursue a course where your interests lie. Almost all B.Sc courses have similar scope and if you want to pursue M.Sc in agriculture, you should do so.
