A very strong research oriented profile is required. A strong SOP and outstanding LORs are recommended. Take the IELTS. You may choose to earn a German language certification. However, most MS programs are taught in English. Check DAAD website for details. Further, you have to apply via the university-ASSIST portal.

You have to decide which is better for you based on your career plans since both MS and PGDM are different. On the basis of your grades, you are not fit for a MS program, they ask for more than 8 CGPA. Hence a PGDM is more suitable at this stage.
