Hi,
You may go for a Ph.D to become a doctor but it wouldn't be the same as a doctor of medicine. You will be able to research though with your expertise.

If you're really interested in law, there is nothing absurd about wanting to pursue it! You can join a 3 year LLB course, and forensics and IPR would be really good branches for you to specialise in.
Luckily The Bar Council Of India has withdrawn the age restriction to take admission in law courses. The students are allowed to take admissions in colleges/universities in LLB or LLM courses without any age limit. the general category for the LLB Course was 30 years and for SC/ST and OBC, the age limit was 35 years.
So, good luck.

Both MS and M.Sc are Master of Science. However, both are entirely different. But, those who have completed the Bachelors in engineering or Masters in science and humanities can do the MS programme.
This is applicable worldwide.
