Hi Amal,
If you have very good grades, you can opt for a M.Sc. Check for admission requirements and then decide. If you have a decent profile, go and apply to a PGDM program. Many PGDM programs allows students to complete a Masters from a nearby university so you can check all options.

M.Sc in Medical Lab Technology
M.Sc in Medical Imaging Technology
M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine Technology

Hi Abhirami,
It is absolutely not compulsory to become an agricultural officer after M.Sc in agirculture. It is just one of the career roles and it is up to you what you want to be. Other roles which a candidate can look for after M.Sc in agriculture are teaching, research, production management, farm management, quality assurance, etc.

M.Sc in IT is a sufficent qualification to start your career as an IT professional. However, if you are technically oriented and want to become a specialist, you may appear for GATE to do M.Tech.
