For being eligible for this course, candidate must have a recognized undergraduate degree in B.Sc. from a recognized university or equivalent, with two subjects combination among home science, human genetics, nutrition and dietetics, botany, zoology, biochemistry, biotechnology, plant protection, microbiology, dairy sciences, agriculture and horticulture, home Science, fisheries and public health from any recognized university or equivalent.

From its name, Geo-informatics surely appears to be Specialisation of Geography. But it would amount to M.Sc after BA. I suggest you talk to the registrar for details.

I feel M.Sc will take you to a much higher level but in terms of knowledge or in pursuit of research. Doing certificate course in Android or any such SW will enhance your employ-ability.

It is based on your mind set. If wish to be in teaching line, you can do M.Sc itself. (% is not important in career for M.Sc but if you have more excellence and basic knowledge, you can settle in good position. Otherwise, it takes.
