Definitely, you can get a good job after completing Masters in biotechnology.
I suggest you to prepare for the CSIR NET. After qualifying it, you can get the opportunities to work with India's top scientists and many PSUs.

You can check the below mentioned colleges:
1. IISERS.
2. NISERs.
3. IITs.
4. BITs and many central universities.
For abroad, there are no provision for integrated B.Sc + M.Sc. But, M.Sc + Ph.D are possible.

If you mean, B.Sc non-medical, then you have all the options available for you in M.Sc or Ph.D. You can choose among MBA, M.Sc in statistics, actuarial sciences, Diploma in designing, B.Ed, NET, UPSC and many more.
