Most of the English speaking countries ask to clear IELTS paper for non-English speaking country students before coming there. IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. It is basically an English paper which comprise of four module, i.e. reading, listening, writing and speaking.
1. Reading consist of 3 unseen passages with 40 questions in total which have to be done in 1 hour.
2. Writing consist of 1 essay of 250 words and 1 graph would be given to you and you have to explain it in 150 words. This also last for 1 hour.

Both, M.Sc. and ME have research based and course based program. ME will contain more hardware papers whereas M.Sc. will concentrate more on SW. After M.Sc., you can go for PhD. Length of both the courses is 2 yrs.
