If you want to see your career into research specially in genetic part than you should go for msc degree and than M.tech degree or Phd for the further research.
Mba won't help you in research part that deals into management level jobs.

The choice depends on meeting the financial obligation that you would be comfortable with. International education is recommended over domestic education owing to the practical exposure and international atmosphere that you get. Additionally, in your field, research activities are far more superior overseas. In case you have budget constraints look at NZ (tuition fee can range from 12-18 lakhs) or go for US if you can afford 20 lakh plus in fees. For NZ you need to clear IELTS. For US you will have to complete 16 years of education to apply and additionally take up GRE exam. Hope this helps.
