There are scores of private firms in India that requires Biochemists. Biochemists are mainly needed by pharmaceutical companies, agriculture/chemical and other allied industries. Horticulture is the branch of agriculture that deals with the art, science, technology, and business of plant cultivation. It includes the cultivation of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, sprouts, mushrooms, algae, flowers, seaweeds and non-food crops such as grass and ornamental trees and plants.

1) To get admission into bachelor's degree, a student must pass 10+2 from any of the recognized board with minimum 55%.
After graduation, you may go for diploma courses in Forensic Science & Criminology which is of 1 year duration.
