Better to go for Software or Mobile communication job, unless you will lost all interest in engineering. Reason for losing interest should not be too much studies as it is there in all the fields. Clinical Psychology, you are handling human more than equipment. You need to be more patient and understanding.

If you are talking about IIT programmes or programmes offered by some reputed universities, M Tech is generally a course/credit based programme wherein the student pursues a certain number of PG level courses apart from project work as to complete within 24 months. Hi Nadeem,
The most important thing which you will need is high grades to be considered for admissions. GRE is optional and not even required by most Universities. International applicants must submit IELTS or TOEFL scores. Admissions are very selective and is mostly done on the basis of academic scores only.
It is good for you if you know or learn German language.
