Those graduates who have completed MBBS in Germany are eligible to work in Germany after studies. International individuals can work for up to 18 months as part of their post study work permit in Germany. During these 18 months, candidates can work on their own initiative and take on any type of work to support themselves and once they get job related to their qualification, applicants can apply for long term residence permit or EU Blue Card. Since Germany face shortage of medical professional, MBBS graduates have high chance of employability within country especially if fluent in German language.

Applicants planning to study in Germany would require German Student Visa for their entire duration of stay while completing their degree. Student visa would also allow students access to part-time work for 20 hours a week for entire duration of study or 120 full or 240 half days per year. Candidates should note that on completion of their study, they would be allowed 18 months post-study period to find employment in their field of study. Candidates will have to pay around EUR 110 as visa application fee. Generally, the processing time for a Residence Permit visa is 3 months (8 to 12 weeks).

The exact difference between an MPhil and an MSc is their components. MSc is more of a classroom-based degree, including lectures, seminars, and practical work within a specific subject area of Science.
Meanwhile, MPhil is a research-based program, one level down from the PhD, but the structure is almost the same. In short, an MSc is the best fit if you're interested in regular classroom studies with in-depth knowledge in a subject, and if you're into research, go for an MPhil.
However, the UGC has discontinued the MPhil degree programme as part of the NEP 2020.
