No, SRK Institute of Technology M.Tech admissions are generally not merit-based. Students need to complete graduation from a recognised university in a relevant field. Further, at the time admission, students must provide valid score obtained in GATE/ PGECET. Hence, no M.Tech admissions at SRKIT Vijayawada are not merit-based. The total tuition fee for M.Tech at Raghu Engineering College is INR 1 lakh. Aspirants need to pay a tuition fee of INR 50,000 annually. Aspirants who are selected for admission have to confirm their seat by paying a registration amount. The total fee may also include other components such as caution deposit, admission fee, etc.

Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Yes, Raghu Engineering College offers M.Tech for two-years at the PG level. The programme is spread across four semesters. The college offers M.Tech in various specialisations such as Computer Science, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems & VLSI, Machine Design, CAD CAM and Embedded Systems. IISc Bangalore has allowed admission to various M.Tech course via GATE COAP 2025. Considering the IISc Bangalore GATE COAP cutoff 2025, the score ranged 400 and 732 for the General AI category candidates. Further, talking about the MTech in AI program, the GATE COAP for the programme stood at 600 which remained the same asof 2024 cutoff.
