For entry into M.Tech programme at Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology, candidates should have a BTech degree with not less than 50% marks. SC and ST candidates can apply with a minimum of 45% marks. A valid GATE score is also necessary to be selected.

NIE Mysore provides a combined total of 254 seats for M.Tech under various engineering departments. The maximum intake is in Computer Science and Engineering with 120 seats. Specializations such as Civil, Mechanical, EEE, and AI & ML are also provided. There is a distribution of seats including regular and Management Quota seats.

For information about M.Tech at NIE Mysore, the candidates should have a BE degree with a minimum 50% aggregate. The reserved category students can also apply with 45% aggregate marks. Admission is entirely merit-based on PGCET, GATE, or KMAT performance. Management Quota seats also adhere to the KEA stipulated eligibility criteria.

Admission to M.Tech at NIE Mysore is through Karnataka PGCET, GATE, or KMAT scores. Shortlisted applicants have to attend counselling organized by KEA. Applications can also be submitted directly at NIE Mysore through Management Quota. Seat allotment is category and availability as per merit.

As per the NIRF 2025 ranking under the “Engineering” category, Indraprastha IIT Delhi ranks 63 among the top Engineering institutes of the country. The total fee for M.Tech in IIIT Delhi ranges between INR 3.7 Lacs and INR 6 lakh. NIT Trichy MTech fee is INR 1.4 lakh. As per placement statistics, the median package is recorded to be INR 18.17 LPA for IIITD and INR 7 LPA for NIT Trichy. Hence, it can be concluded that the fee is higher at IIITD. NIT Raipur MTeach cutoff 2025 has been released for various specialisations, rounds and categories. This year, in 2025, the M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 354 to 590 for candidates belonging to the General category, All India quota, wherein M.Tech in Energy and Environment proved to be the toughest, and on the other hand, M.Tech. in Power System and Control, the easiest, according to the lowest last round score. NIT Durgapur CCMT cutoff 2025 has been released for the last round for admission to the MTech specialisations. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India and Home State categories. The cutoff rank for the General AI category candidates varied between 350 and 562.
