Candidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate with 50% marks (45% of marks in Q. E. in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. (Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidates) to be eligible for admission in M.Tech at AIT.

The eligibilty requirement of CBIT for M.Tech requires

• A Bachelors degree in Engg./Technology of Osmania University in the concerned discipline
• AMIE/AMIETE or similar qualifications recognised by UPSC as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.
• Valid GATE Score obtained in the GATE Examination/ valid rank obtained in the PGECET Examination.The minimum mark to qualify the PGECET Exam was 30 out of 120 mark for General and there is no minimum mark for SC/ST and PwD. 

M.Tech. at AIT is a 2 years course at the PG level. The course offers admission to 24 students. The total tuition fee for AIT M.Tech. is INR 2.47 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a hostel fee of amount INR 93,500 that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee.

Atria Institute of Technology (AIT) in Hebbal, Bengaluru offers admission to M.Tech through the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) and GATE examinations. The PGCET is conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) in July or August. The college also offers admission through management quota, which starts in April or May.
