Most of the universities and institutes accept candidates for its M.Tech programme based on fulfilment of a specified set of eligibility criteria. Similarily, for Annamalai University M.Tech admissions, the minimum marks required in graduation is 50%. Hence, a candidate scoring less than 60% is eligible to apply for admission at the institute if they have scored more than 50%. However, as admissions are entrance-based, students must secure a valid score in the accepted entrance exams. Alternatively, they can go for other colleges offering the course. M.Tech admission are based on GATE scores and B.Tech marks. So 12th marks will not matter in admission.

Yes, candidates can get admission to M.Tech course at IIT Bombay through GATE. Admission to the course is based on scores in GATE followed by COAP counselling. In addition, to be eligible to take the entrance test, candidates must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria. The college provide M.Tech course acorss various specialisations. In order to be eligible to apply for the course, candidate must pass a Bachelor degree in any recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD category).
