In BMS College of Engineering, the percentage of admission to M.Tech course is computed by combining all subjects of all semesters of the BE/BTech degree. This collective assesses the eligibility of the general and the reserved category students. To sustain their scores, candidates have to be properly documented.

BMS College of Engineering considers both GATE and Karnataka PGCET for admission in its M.Tech course. An acceptable score in either of these tests is necessary in order to be applied. Them method of selection will be merit based and to the state reservation norms. Academic eligibility should also be attained by candidates.

MTech degree is offered in many fields of specialisations at MIT Chennai including Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Computer Science, Information Technology and others. Every specialisation has certain requirements of eligibility and an intake capacity. It can be done through admission through TANCET or GATE and through counselling. TANCA counselling requires the students to select their specialisation.

Yes, the entry in most M.Tech programs at the IIT Hyderabad requires a valid score in GATE. But the institute can give exceptions of candidates not selected in GATE but can be eligible based on special categories such as sponsored seats or working professionals in the internal evaluation process.

The candidates are required to apply through the portal-CCMT and register through the GOAPS portal to GATE. There might be some departments of IIT Hyderabad also, which might consider direct applications of sponsored, part-time or non-GATE candidates. The process of the application is online.

Students requiring M.Tech in IIT Hyderabad will be required to have an existing degree in BE/BTech or its equivalent as well as a valid and current GATE score. It is also applicable by final-year students. Additional requirements may exist at particular departments. Minimum qualifying marks are based upon specialisation and Category.

IIIT Pune provides entry into M.Tech programme on the basis of GATE with subsequent CCMT counselling as the major part. The candidates who are eligible to appear in the seat allotment process will have to register themselves in the CCMT portal. The candidates who fail to acquire a GATE score can take the written test and interview of IIIT Pune. It is through these tests that final selection on performance and eligibility criteria is done.

The MTech programme of two-years (full-time) is offered by IIIT Pune under its two specialisations namely Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. These programmes are established in such a way that they offer high technical expertise and experience in research. Students have an option to pick up their specialisation depending on their educational background and careers. The programme is theoretical and practical.
