Yes, there is. Just visit www.nifd.net and download the brochure as this is the official website of INIFD and you will get every information regarding admissions, entrance tests, fee structure, etc.

Both flying clubs are equally good, quality of training wise. But one should select by considering following factors at the time of admission:
1. Cost per flying hours.
2. Current Aircraft: Student ratio.
3. Current status of the flying club. etc.
